Added Value by Design. Our engineers and designers work in a variety of CAD formats to model and design in both 2-D and 3-D. Whether you have a clear vision of what you want or need design guidance, our talended designers and engineers are there for you. We'll work with you to create new custom closures or change the shape or sizes of existing designs—you name it and we'll create it.
If you have compatibility issues, our engineers can help with:
- Correctly fitting closure-to-bottle and closure-to-bottle-seal
- Liner compatibility to suit your bottle and product
- Proper valve and bottle combination for ZelValve™
Our R&D Lab and Testing staff will guide your ideas from development into production. And, we follow-up with complete package testing and evaluation.
Managing Your Project. We manage your project to ensure a smooth process from consultation and design through prototype, mold production, mold qualification and finally closure production. We maintain continual contact with you throughout the development and project cycle.
